Step-by-Step Guide for Delete your Chatbot to a 360 Tour on iAriv
Step 1: Access the Tour Editor Section
- Log In to iAriv: Open your web browser and log in to your iAriv account.
- Navigate to Assets: On your dashboard, click the My Tour page and go to the tour editor option to access the avatar chatbot section.
- Click the “Delete” icon located at the bottom of the chatbot.
Chatbot Delete
- After clicking the chatbot delete icon, a confirmation prompt will appear.
- Click the ‘Yes, I’m sure’ button to confirm and delete your chatbot.
